Terms of use
Last updated: 31 October 2026
These terms apply when you buy or use the BabyCare0t3 Parenting Course, offered by BabyCare0t3 by babyguide.in. By buying the course you agree to them.
An educational service
The course is an online educational service: video lessons and PDF guides on everyday baby care for parents of children aged 0–3. It is not a medical consultation, and buying it does not create a doctor–patient relationship.
Every child is different
Babies grow and develop at their own pace. The course shares general guidance that suits most families, but it can’t account for your child’s individual health, history or needs. Use it alongside, not instead of, your pediatrician’s advice.
Health concerns and emergencies
The course does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If your child seems unwell, or you’re worried about their health, growth or development, consult your pediatrician. In an emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital straight away. We can’t answer individual medical questions by email, WhatsApp or chat.
Course access
Your purchase gives one family personal access to the course through the email used to pay. You log in with a one-time code sent to that email. You get lifetime access to the course. Please don’t share your login; we may pause access that is shared or misused.
Course content
Videos, PDFs and other course materials belong to us. You may download PDFs for your own family’s use. You may not copy, record, resell, upload or share course content.
Payments and refunds
Prices are in Indian rupees and paid once through Razorpay. Refunds follow our Refund policy.
Reviews
Only parents who bought the course can post a review. We may hide reviews that are abusive, off-topic or share personal medical details.
Changes
We may update the course content and these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Disputes
Please contact us first through Contact; we reply to complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad have jurisdiction.
