Refund & cancellation policy

7-day refund window

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Write to us through Contact with the email ID you used to buy the course and your phone number.

What can be refunded

This is a digital course with video lessons and downloadable PDF guides, and access opens immediately after payment. Because of this, refunds are given only for:

• a duplicate payment (you were charged more than once for the course), or
• a payment that went through but did not unlock your course, and we could not fix your access.

Every refund is made only after we verify the payment with Razorpay.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5–7 working days to show the money. If a refund is for your only payment, course access for that purchase ends.

Cancellation

The course is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and no further charges.
