Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information babyguide.in (“BabyCare0t3”, “we”) collects when you use this website and course, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Parent name, email address and mobile number, entered when you buy the course.
• Payment records: order ID, payment ID, amount and status. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never reach or are stored by us.
• Course activity: lessons completed and where you stopped in each video.
• Messages and reviews you send us or post. Only the name, state, rating and text you enter in a review are shown publicly.

We don’t ask for your child’s health records, and we ask you not to share them with us.

How we use it

• To process your order and any refund.
• To create your account and give you secure course access: we email a one-time login code to the address you paid with. Login codes are not stored.
• To reply to your questions and handle any complaints.
• To send messages about your purchase and course access.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

Processors we use

We share data only with service providers we need to run the course, and only for that purpose:

• Razorpay, to take payments and process refunds.
• Supabase, to store accounts, course progress and course files securely, and to send login emails.
• Our website host, to serve this website.

Cookies and ad measurement

We use a small number of cookies to keep you logged in. We may also use the Meta Pixel to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform, for example whether someone who clicked an ad went on to buy the course. You can control ad tracking in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings or by blocking cookies in your browser.

How we protect it

Course videos and PDFs are stored privately and opened through short-lived secure links only for parents who have bought the course. Access to your data inside our team is limited to what’s needed to support you.

How long we keep it

We keep your account while you have course access, and payment records as long as tax and accounting laws require.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of your details, or ask us to correct them.
• Ask us to delete your account. This ends your course access; payment records we must keep by law are retained.
• Withdraw consent for non-essential messages at any time.
